Hi
I have created a crystal report for requisition workflow.
It report is displayed:
RQN#     Validation     Date

RQN001     submitted     1/1/12
     validated     1/1/12
     Approved     1/1/12
     Internal issue 1/1/12
RQN002     submitted     10/1/12
     validated     11/1/12
     Approved     12/1/12
        Internal Issue 13/1/12
I want it to be displayed in the following format:

RQN#    Submitted Submitted Approved Internal Issue
RQN001 1/1/12     1/1/12     1/1/12     1/1/12
RQN002 10/1/12    11/1/12    12/1/12    13/1/12

Data is pulled from Sage Accpac.
Please need help

Try using a cross-tab - row would be RQN#, Column would be Validation, summary would be either maximum(date) or minimum(date) (I'm guessing there should only be one date for each RQN/Validation combination.)
