How can the following be done via Crystal reports?

 

I have thousands of records and want an index of these records. How can this be done. If these records are say streets, I want at the index e.g.

 

Albert Street page 1 to page 2

BetterWare Avenue Page 2 to 4

High Street Page 5 to 6

Main Street Page 6 to 7

etc.

 

Can this be done via Crystal Reports? To make things easier I could run this report seperate.
