I have written a report that pulls the "NOTES" filed from our files and our file #. It is returning our file # once for EACH "NOTE" on the file. I can not figure out how to get all "NOTES" for a file to appear on one file #.

Example of how it shows:

File #     Note
356sec     payoff ordered

356sec     payoff received

what I would like it to show:

File #     Note
356sec     payoff ordered
           payoff received

can anyone help with this.. I am very new to CR.
