Topic: Compare 2 reports for Difference Posted: 10 Jan 2014 at 5:49am
In our company we have many copies of nearly the same report for several customers. Is there any possibility to compare one report with the other to find the difference between each other.
Normal merge-Tools do not work. May be I need a special tool?
I would like to reduce the amount of reports which might be the same.

The only thing I can think of would be to export each report to a Report Definition, which creates a text file. You could then compare the text files.
However, there might be a third-party tool to help with this. See http://www.kenhamady.com/bookmarks.html for a good list of some of the third party tools that are available.
