	i want to create a report which Provide Sales History analysis by Period. i am unable to calculate to sold quantity of product which are sold on specific define period. can any one guide me how can i do that. thanks in advance.

	totally depends on your data but in general ... group on the date field, set it to group on the period type you want (like month, quarter or year) then do a sum of the sales field at the group level
