I did a modification in a report that I have uploaded in SAP Business Object. Is there a way to reload the new report keeping the same config the old one has?

If I understand what you are saying.  Before you overwrite the old report.  Go into the CMC, right click on the report, select Refresh Options and unclick the Default database logon information and click on update.  This will preserve the database information.  You then can upload the report and the database information will not be lost.

Now if you are scheduling the report, you will need to re-create the schedule.
