We are trying to pass a label designed in Crystal to a print and apply application. The print and apply receives the image and then prints and applies it when the photoeye tells it there is a carton present. It doesn't use qty to control the number of labels, it just keeps printing the same thing until the image is changed. The manufacturer thinks Crystal will be a problem because it uses a windows driver instead of a custom driver like a label design program like EasyLabel or NiceLabel - which is what he thinks we should use to produce the label. Has anybody used Crystal in this kind of an application with success?
