I have not worked with Crystal reports for about three years and I was asked to add a parameter to report, which I did. I tested the report, and it ran succesfully.

 

But when we posted the report to our intranet site and I ran the report from there I got an infinite cycle of logon prompts. No matter what logon information I use the logon screen simply reappears each time.

 

I have just moved over to our Web development group, so I do not have any web experience yet--so I don't know what to ask on the web side.

 

I also do not know much about ODBC, so I do not know what, if any, questions to ask there, either.

 

I’m using 8.5.0.217, but I don’t know what version the report I’m modifying was created with.  This report (and most of the other Crystal reports we use) were created either by contractors or people who are no longer with the company.

 

I’m sure there is more information I need to gather to troubleshoot this, but I don’t know what to ask.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
