Hello all,
I am able to change the size of the margins in the Page Setup dialog box; however, this does not affect the way the report is printed through JobBOSS in any way.
This is because for some reason, there is a .vbs file called JBReport in the same folder as your .rpt file which controls the margins. All you need to do is open it in Notepad, find the area where the margins are specified, and change the values to whatever your heart desires.
