We recently upgrade our database platform which meant that we had to stop using Crystal Runtime XI and adopt CR for VS 13.0.18. There is an issue in that when we bring up the crystal reports viewer and the report is generating, we cannot no longer use our software in the background. However, once the report is generated and displayed in the CRViewer, we are able to use our software without any issues. The .Net form containing the CR report is non-modal and it seems that we can still click on buttons and menus in our software in the background whilst the report is generating but nothing happens.

It used to be fine with CR runtime XI so if it's just a property or something I'm not setting in the new version.

Any ideas is appreciated as it often takes minutes to generate a single report and we can't do anything now but wait.
