Good afternoon,

Folks
I am developing a report in Crystal Report XI, I am not able to bring in the report all the code and its description on a single page.

Example:

It's for me as it's down on a single page.

011- Work at Height - 20h
036 - NR-12 - Safe Operation of Machines


They see each one on a page.

Are they using a different default printer? How Crystal renders data is very dependent on the user's default printer. Also, different printers will have different sizes of "unprintable" area in the margins. Your printer may have a very small unprintable area and they may have a larger unprintable area.

What size have you set your margins to?
