I have created a cross tab. Along the left are a list of clients. the next column is the number of hours they have been engaged in a certain activity during a month. The next column is the hours of activity x a rate.
My problem is that in the middle column there is a limit to the number of hours that I can bill, and clients often go over this. I want to put in a conditional statement that limits the sum of hours to 115. How do I do this? Is it done with an embedded summary or some other feature of Crystal?
