There is only 30 minutes between your original post and this one.  All of the people who respond to questions here are volunteers who are not guaranteed to be on the forums at any given time.  Nowhere does it say that questions posted to the forum will be answered within a given period of time.  If there was no response to your question within 24 hours, you might have reason to complain.  This is the way that just about all online forums work, so please be a little more patient.
