    Posted: 21 Mar 2008 at 10:06am
Good Friday (in more ways than one)...

I use CR9 to pull reports from our software system, Macola.  One table I use is automatically cleared after orders are invoiced and then filled during the day when orders are entered.
Somehow there is data in the field for the ship_to_name and ship_to_address that should not be there (I use browse field data to review) and is pulling erroneous info into the report.
Does anyone know how I can delete from table?  Those fields are the only ones that have it.
This has not happened before today and because I am trying to have our office move away from spreadsheets and utilize our system, I am loosing credability since the report is coming up wrong today.
Help anyone?
Jeanette

Are you making sure that you have Save Data With Report turned off? This is a property under Report Options.
