	I have CR XI R2 on Windows. How do I determine which service pack(s) are already installed?

	I thought that this was a very interesting question. So I went and installed all the service packs available and wrote down the version numbers for each one. I posted my findings on my Crystal Reports Blog

	Thanks for the info! I also realized that SP1 and SP2 appear in Add/Remove Programs (though 1 is Business Objects and 2 is Crystal Reports).

	I didn't realize that they are in the Add/Remove programs! Yes, I thought it was strange when I installed it that 1 is labeled as Business Objects Enterprise.
