I am new administrator for Crystal Enterprise, version 9.  I am in the Adminstrators group, which says that I have authority to administer all aspects of the product.  However, not all options are available - for example I only get the check box to select users for deletion for users who I have created.  My immediate problem is that not all groups show up in the available for assignment window when I attempt to assign a user to groups.  Why doesn't membership in Adminstrators give me acces to these functions?
