I am using XI and exporting via ODBC to a Microsoft Access database.  If I have a field that contains dates, my dates do not populate in Access if the first record written to Access has a blank date.  If I sort before I export to make sure I have data in the date column, it populates properly in Access.  This  makes all my data suspect and I spend way too much time validating data once it is in Access.
