Topic: Vanishing Memo Field in CR 2008 via ODBC Posted: 20 Jun 2008 at 4:08pm
I am working with dBasePlus 2.6 and Crystal 2008 via ODBC.
Using ODBC all fields appear on my Crystal report except the memo
fields (dbt). Without ODBC the memo fields display as
expected. Brian commented in one reply (regarding a subreport)
that memo fields can be 'tricked' into displaying by imbedding them in
a formula. You didn't say how. Can you please elaborate on
this. I have subscribed to your ebooks and can not find a
reference to this specific problem with memo fields. If anyone
else has a solution please comment.
