Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID

{66589880-8F68-11D0-AA69-00A0C9274B91} from the IClassFactory failed due

to the following error: 80010105.

We get this error message when ever we try to trigger the reports (Version 8.5) from a .NET applications. The .NET application is designed to trigger the appropriate report based the request created. These requests are scanned by an Windows back end service. This service once findss an entry in the folder appropriate, takes the appropriate report in Version 8.5 and makes a temprorary copy of it in version 10. This report is then triggered and the data is exported to PDF. We create a temporary copy in 10 version for us to facilitate to export the report as PDF.

Instead we receiving the PDF output, we sometimes receive this error message and since this error message is ocuring on Ad-Hoc basis, we are not in a position to debug the same. Any inputs on the same will be really appriticated.
