I currently have a report that looks up all the current back orders for our sales reps and generates a report showing when stock will be available. The report runs fine apart from too many records showing. If i have an item that is showing in Transit on our system then it is ok but if I have 4 different delivery dates in transit for that item it shows all 4. What I want is for the report to just pick the first available record.
I have tried to read help etc but still cannot get it to work. I have ported this report from an Excel query so it could be tidied up so I know it is possible to do but Crystal wont accept the same command as excel.
Here is the Excell command line "AND INTRNSFI.ITEM_NUMBER(+) = INVITMFI.ITEM_NUMBER "
Here is the Crystal Line at the moment "{INTRNSFI.ITEM_NUMBER}={INVITMFI.ITEM_NUMBER}"
I cannot figure out how to tell Crystal to select the record like excel does.
Any help would be appreciated.
