Is it possible to invoke subreport display based on parameter from the main report? I wish to display different subreports based on parameters selected from the main report. I do not want the main report to display if a subreport is displayed.

Yes. Put each subreport into its own section. Then set the suppression formula for each subreport section, as well as the main report data, based on the values of the parameters.
