Sorry for the probable basic nature of this question but I have just started looking at Crystal 2008 and have never used it before. We've all got to start somewhere!!

I have dabbled with parameters, such as listing customers with a balance of less than a certain amount etc, but I would now like to give the user a choice of listing customers whose surname start with a letter within a certain range. For example, list customers whose surnames begin in the range of A- P.

I can list people whose surnames start with one particular letter but can't figure out how to incorporate a range of letters.

I expect this is simple, but if I don't ask I'll never learn.
