Hi all
New to CR and this forum. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
 
My current issue is to do with the way CR summarises: I am querying a technical helpdesk system, asking the database to return records that meet two date range parameters plus one or more technician's names.
 
I am then using two formulas to group the returned records into those help calls that were closed by SLA date and those that were not. So far so good, but when I try to add a summary (Count) to give the total number of help tickets under each group, I am getting a count of the DETAIL records that meet the criteria , not the actual tickets.
 
Is there any way to get CR to just count specific items, or will it always count the detail rather than the group count ??
