Is there anyway of stopping graphs showing anything but whole numbers? Currently my graph will display 0.40, 0.80, 1.20, 1.60 and 2.00. It puts the '2 results' on the 2.00 line but any '1 results' will appear hovering between 0.80 and 1.20. Can I make graphs just display whole numbers e.g. 0, 1, 2. (The maximum number my graph can go to is dynamic). Many thanks in advance.

I am not sure whether this will work in your case. Go to Chart expert and in that select "Axes" tab.

In the "data values section" select which ever number format you want.

Unfortunately when I do this it requires a maximum value which when I have results ranging from 1 high to hundreds high doesn't quite fulfil what I was after. Is there anyway of setting the max value dynamically? Many thanks for your reply as well.

Hey what you can do is have the number format set and don't specify the min and max value, instead of that check the Auto Range option.
By doing this the Maximum value is calculated dynamically.
