I am able to see the data in database but not in prompt selection.

Ex. i have 2 records found in database in partiulcar table, but when i use select the paramater i was not able to see the 2 records, only i am able to see one record in parameter list of values.

Wht could be the error?  How to populate two records in Prompt list of values.

I have given allow multiples too, the one record recently updated in database, so do i have to refresh in business view manager to see the new updated record in the prompt selections.  How to go about ?
