hi, everybody!
i want to create a bar chart which has a target line. the target line is a horizontal line, parallel with Ox axis, and it start from a variable value of Oy axis.
i know it can be done with a fixed value (Data (Y) axis settings/Gridlines - the "Draw custom line at" checkbox - but is possible just for a number not a parameter)
