I am upgrading my Crystal Reports 9.0 version to Crystal Reports XI Release 2 Service Pack 2 version.

 

Environment:

My Oracle database and Crystal Reports 9.0 is in separate box.

 

My questions are below

 

1) I noticed SQL services is running (by default) and ODBC is created in my server. Can anyone tell me what version of SQL server is installed in my server?

 

2) If I install the Crystal Reports XI, the user accounts and reports are not migrated? How to migrate the data?
