When I click on the icon to kick off the app the hour glass comes up briefly and then nothing. I am wondering if this is a permissions issue over a service or something like that.

 

In past installations of similar software I have seen where GPO's needed to be set up or special permissions over a service, but can't find anything in the documentation about it. Any ideas?
