Crystal Reports Suppres section if first section on new page

Message

   I have a report with a group header, a detail section and a group foother.
The group foother is empty,  but i need it to keep distance from the following group header.

Group header (1)
Detail section (2)
Empty group foother (3)
Group header (4)
Detail section (5)
Empty group foother (6)
...

If the page is full after (5) the empty group foother (6) is at the top of a new page. In that case I wanne suppres the empty group foother (maybe with a formula ?) In all other cases the empty foother must be printed.

How can I do that?
