In the crosstab add the Date field as a coulmn and group by day.
For rows add the "15 minute identifying field".
IN the field to summarize add whatever field is unique that you are counting on TWICE.
for the first time set it as a COUNT.
for the second one set it as a COUNT shown as a percentage of the total per row.
You may want to invert the process and use the 15 minute identifyer as the column instead of the row depending on how many days you have. This way it will roll onto new pages down instead of across.
