Hi,

I often use the "Size and Position" settings to set very specific X and Y positions for fields on the screen.

Yet I find that if I enter an X Position: 1.456, the next time I open the "Size and Position" settings, the value is now 1.440

I don't get it?

Why does Crystal do that?

I've turned off anything I can think of that would "snap to grid".

Thanks

Terry

I don't know, I have found the same happening to me.  It is annoying, I just make the settings larger than I need.  What really gets me is if I enter 1.440, when I look again it will be 1.430, so I don't know what Crystal is doing.

Bump :)

I have this same problem. It changes 0.7 to 0.69 despite having Snap To Grid checked and Grid Size set to 0.1

it seems logical that it cannot be 0.69 if the Grid Size is 0.1 but no matter how many times I change it, it reverts itself back to 0.69

What an annoying workaround. But a workaround all the same, so thanks :)
