We've moved our crystal report server from NT to W2003 with crystal 8.5. When we try to export a report to word, we get a message box from Report Viewer Export " The report was not exported. The selected export format may be disabled on the server". When we try the other formats like excel we get the message "CRAXDRT Error Occurred on Server. -2147190908 : Failed to export the report.".  "Allow Export" has been selected in the 'Crystal Report Web Components Manager.  thanks
