Is it possible to create a trigger in a Crystal Report in combination with Crystal Server?

 

 

Normally when you create a report,you can refresh the report and see the results.

If there are no records to display,the report will be blanks.

 

Currently I am checking a couple of reports every day manually if there are records shown in the report.

 

 

But is there a possibility to create a formula or a ''trigger'' -criteria in a report to automatically  create the report?

 

I have also Crystal Reports Server to schedule reports.

 

So basically, if there are records matching the criteria's in your report,the report must be send by Crystal Reports Server.

 

I tried also the following:

Schedule the report every hour and check every hour the report.

But i am not interested in blank reports.

 

 

Any help/tip is welcome.
