When I click browse in select expert it only shows me the first 50 records in my database for each table, but I need it to show me everything (about 200).  Is there a way to change this in XI.  I can't seem to find anything about this online or anywhere so I have turned to this forum for help.

I would try SQL server or dropping the field on the report.  I am guessing that it only shows 50 records to make sure that you have the right data.
 
Preview will display all the records.
