We're generating form letters, and we'd like to save each person's letter in a separate PDF file (possibly naming the file same as the person's last name or SSN). Is it possible to have Crystal Reports export the output into multiple (distinct) output files?

Crystal can't do separate PDF files. But I've seen third party vendors advertise this. You can Google it to find out more.
