Topic: Technical documentaion Help Posted: 06 Jul 2009 at 7:48am
Hey all-
Previously we used a VB 6 application with CR 10 as the reporting tool. I could create technical documentation for each report showing the SQL query, selection criteria and so on as well as the entire view(s) associated with the report to help the end user understand that X-fields in the report came from these specific places in the native data base.
We are now doing a project in VS 2008 .Net 3.6 using Crystal Basic and populating the reports with data from C# claases vie nHibernate.
Is there a easy way to reverse engineer the classes in C# that would show (even of it's ugly) the code used to populate the class with data so I can use this information to complete my technical documentation for each report in this project?
