Responsibilities:
· Responsible for implementing reporting solutions according to specifications utilizing Business Objects XI or Crystal Enterprise XI.
· Design, develop, and test in Crystal Reports, create necessary views and database objects to increase the performance of the reports, and design and develop workbooks using Crystal Reports on an operational data store.
· Serve as the technical resource for the IT staff and assist them to create ad hoc reports using Crystal Report Server, as well as develop report design specifications.
· Act as the “Train-the-Trainer” in training staff members on developing reports.
Requirements:
· Possess 3 or more years of experience using Crystal Reports Version X or higher.
· 3 or more years of experience using SQL to query complex relational databases and validate reporting results.
· Encompass experience with Crystal/OLAP Analysis report design (Versions 10 and XI strongly preferred).
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing stored procedures, and Microsoft SQL scripts.
· Top candidates will be proficient with Crystal Reports, Sharepoint, Crystal Analysis, OLAP Intelligence, and will possess a working knowledge of Business Views, Universes, and Microsoft SQL Server.
· Must understand and be able to refine report specifications.
· Working knowledge of change management methodologies is extremely beneficial.
· Excellent communication skills are required; both verbal and written.
· Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
· Previous Call Center Reporting is beneficial.
· BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or have equivalent work experience.
