Our Payroll need fourth quarter of FY2009 overtime report. We pay binweekly. we called a binweekly as a pay period (PP). 4th quarter which is from July 1 to Sep 30 include 4 days of PP13(July 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th), PP14,PP15, PP16, PP17, PP18, PP19 and 4 days of PP20 (Sep.27th, 28th, 29th, 30th). Our DB tables was designed to store data for pay period.
I currently created 3 report for PP13, PP14-19 & PP20 to catch the overtime data.
Does anyone have suggestion how to combine these 3 reports to one?
