our .net application is using crystal report 8.0. Reports are generating fine on windows server 2003. but when migrated to windows server 2008 (32 bit) then report page displays gray area with export, print etc icons only but not rendering any data. Problem seems at the code line CRViewer.ViewReport I am not sure whether crystal 8.0 is supported on windows server 2008 (32 bit) or not.

Probably not. We have been attempting to install Crystal Enterprise on Windows Server 2008 and have run into a host of security rights issues. If CR 8.0 does not have rights where it thinks it should have, I could see that some things might be grayed out.
