I have this requirement and hope someone can advise.
I have a report that I schedule it to run using Crystal Management Console. The destination for this report is Email(SMPT) in pdf format.
This report does not always has output. In the event there is no output, the user do not want to see the e-mail with a blank pdf attachment file.
How can I go about this ?
For your information, I have already checked the flag "Suppress Printing If No Record" under report option and "Suppress Printing If No Record Selected" under option (Reporting tab)
