Dear all,

I am using Crystal report XI. When I export the report into excel all cells are overlapped. I have to adjust all the excel sheet before printing. Can anyone suggest me 'How to export it without doing rework",once it is exported it shoould be in printable format like all the coloumns should be adjusted by width of each fields.

I can manually adjust the fields width in report itself if i have less number of coloumns. When i go for more coloumns, all fields width is very small. When i export now , i have to adust the coloumns in excel manually. How i can avoid this? It's realy urgent.

And also xls file contain rows of varying height. How can I make
all rows of same height? Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks a lot for your support.

I have had a few customers who try to export to Excel and are less than pleased with the way CR handles it.  There are a number of settings/options related to Excel while exporting. My recollection is that those having the best, albeit not perfect result used the data only option.

I just have to ask, are you doing something in Excel you cannot replicate in CR that keeps it from doing all the work? My thought is that CR might be able to take all the labor out of this.
