i created report.

the format looks like

GroupHeader

   Vendor :       Vehicle type:

   Sub report

  Section Details

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My subreport is filled from untyped dataset.

i have created a formula so that only two records should be available  in a page for printing.

ISSUE : I am able to show records in portrait and landscape orientation well for both (if dataset has upto 7 records). i want to know how can we set the position of rows depending upon their size because when i am getting two records in a page the two rows are aligning just one below the other(In this case the bottom half of the page is left blank).  I want to have a considerable amount of space in between records to avoid blank space. i want the records to be evenly aligned.

I want to know how can we manage this alignment whle printing.
