First I appologize for what I feel like is a dumb question.

We have a project that includes about 24 .Net Crystal Reports.
About 20 of them print in a Landscape format.

There seems to be an issue when our customers print to Konica or Ricoh copiers. The reports do not hold their landscape format and lots of data doesn't get printed. This has ONLY been an issue with these brands.

The solution we give customers right now is to set a different windows default printer a desktop HP or something like that, then the reports are generated and previewed correctly and can be printed to the Konica or Ricoh machine.

I have searched all over the internet and no one seems to be having these issues but us. Again I appologize if the answer is sitting infront of me, but I have not been able to come up with a solution that works.

Hi Kcarpenter/Forum,

I have recently commenced work at a new job that uses Crystal Reports in union with several variations of Konica printers/copiers.  I am having the same issues as mentioned in the original thread post.

Is this the only/best solution at the moment?  Currently we have nothing but Konica printer/copiers in the office.

Regards,
