Dear All,

I have an application in VB6 and Crystal Report 7.0.

It was running fine except for the users whose running Windows 7.

i was failed to install Crystal Report 7.0 in windows 7.0.

Then i install Crystal Report 11 R2.

I am using ODBC to retrieve data. Software running fine but when i am trying to run the report its showing the message "Server Login Failed."

Note: Reports are showing fine within the crystal report software.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

If you are running Win 7 64 bit version using ODBC is a problem. If that is the case I suggest moving to ADO OLEDB and data providers. It seems like there are still a limited number of 64 bit compatible ODBC drivers and in some cases such as Visual FoxPro none are coming from Microsoft.

If its not a 64bit issue then the problem could be related to a permissions issue.

Hope this is of some help.
