I have a Command that gives me

I would like on my graph the day on the group axis and a line for each NUM. Each line would represent the answer for the day. So with this example, there would be 3 lines with one at 0 on monday and 0 on tuesday. Another one at 1 on monday and 2 on tuesday etc...

 

Can someone know how to do this? Is this possible or do I have to change my command?
