    Posted: 11 Jul 2007 at 11:50am

My Crystal Report (CR X) pulls about 25,000 records.

When I run across any two transactions where every field is the same except STATUS, I want to select only that record where STATUS = I.

I need help on how to structure the formula/select statement.

Thanks,

How is your data ordered and grouped?  If there are multiple statuses, is I always first, last, or somewhere in the middle?

Data is grouped and ordered by 2 totally different fields (ContractNumber then InvoiceNumber). There are multiple statuses; not sure if they are in any particular order.
