This is a pretty straightforward example of grouping. You will need to add the titles to your dataset in some way. Ideally, it is already in your datasource. If not, simply create a formula to calculate what the titles should be. You can group on a formula (with certain restrictions, which shouldn't be a problem here).
Once you have your titles defined as a field, simply go into the Group Expert and create a group based on the titles. Groups will come with their own headers and footers, which will allow you to put in your column headers.
