    Posted: 16 May 2008 at 11:58am
Hi, quick question that I can't seem to find the answer to:

Is there any way to make Crystal Reports ask for the parameters of an "On-Demand" Subreport AFTER that subreport has been chosen (clicked-on)?

The issue is that I have several sub-reports in a main report (they're all on-demand), and I have several parameters for each of the sub-reports. When I preview, Crystal asks for ALL the parameters of ALL the sub-reports, and there's quite a few, which may be overwhelming to the user.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

-Thanks.

From main report, you click on subreport name, right click and select change subreport link. From that window you can create a parameter of sub report with same with main report parameter. to do that when you run report it won't display all parameter of main and sub report. Hopefully it helps
