Hey guys! need help.. I'm working on a report that uses 2 queries (qry_A, qry_B) and 1 table (tbl_1) that are unrelated. First part of the design only uses qry_A and when i get to the part where i have to use qry_B the data shows 0, but whenever I Browse the data for that formula it shows the data I want to show up.  take note .. i didn't  use any group selection or any type of selection of this report.. It's just a blank report where i could put in all types of data using a formular..  Thank you in advance...

Do these queries/tables have more than one record of data?

No. if you mean duplicate record of data on any of the query or table.

I was asking this because Crystal can't display multiple detail records from non-joined tables. If this is what you want to do then you need to use sub-reports for each table.

I forgot to mention it the first time.... I would like to avoid using subreports if possible.

Unfortunately you have to use subreports. Crystal doesn't have a way of displaying multiple detail records from unlinked tables.

Thanks so much for the insight.... One more thing... on groupings.. is there a way to place a data inside the report  and ignore the grouping selection/parameter?.. is so how.. if not... how to work around it without using subreport.. thanks again.

Can you rephrase the question? If you are filtering out data then there is no way to bring that data back into the report. If you want to show the data on the report it shouldn't be filtered out.
