Is there any way in CR XI to implement parameters in a dropdown like in most programming languages?  I need to display one value in the dropdown while passing another underlying value.  Specifically I need to show users their names in the dropdown while the value passed to the report after selection is a rather unintelligible user id number.  I can do this in any programming language I've worked with but I cannot figure out how to do it in CR.  It seems that what you see on screen is what you have to pass to the report.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
